I know they usually want u to schedule 24 hours in advance but we locked keys in our car at Walgreens and I needed to get to doctor appointment. Both dispatcher and driver were so kind and understanding and worked me in. We had came from Buffalo and would hv bn inconvenient to hv to reschedule. Thankful they were so willing to help.

I love this offering of transportation. I had knee surgery and couldn't drive so I seized upon this mode of transportation to get me to my physical therapy sessions! From the drivers to Roxanne who answers the phone this continues to be a wonderful experience! Thanks you all.

It was very easy for me to get aroun with since I'm new in town. The drivers were great and making a call the phone staff were great. The only complaint I have is you won't allow my electric scooter on. The Dr. Did order it for me for long distance walking. I have a badknee that's needs replacement. You have a place for wh/ch on board. If I take the bus down town or to doc offices or to town, I can't walk around to shop or do business. If I take my scooter and go the battery won't last all the w
