Lois (I am so sorry if the spelling is incorrect) was fabulous! I called over the phone to ask some insurance questions that probably seemed very simple to her. She was patient and understanding and left me with a positive outlook on the situation. If you can, ask for Lois when calling this department for questions regarding bills, insurance, etc. she also answered on the first ring! Very impressed and happy.

This is a office for paying your fire/ambulance billings. Does not have parking or bathrooms. Meter parking on the street. No handicap parking or entrance. This office severely forces the public to pay very highly expensive yearly fire/ambulance fees even if you NEVER use either one. Also every ambulance always charges over 1,000.00 plus to be taken to the hospital. The more miles they travel the higher your billing will be. I'm only less than 5 miles from the hospital to always be billed ove...
