Prompt, caring and knowlegable. Tough people doing a tough job, especially in the COVID years. Waupun is lucky to be served by them. LifeStar helped when my mom fell. They've been here 4-5 times to help our elderly mother. Even when they didn't need to take her to the hosp, they gave us alot of information about what to do next. We always appreciate keeping the cotton blankets used after transport.
