Jess & Rick are absolutely fantastic drivers. They are so professional and client-focused. My aunt had an entire day of appointments at various locations around the state and she made each one on time. Scheduling is a breeze with Monica and communication is excellent. The ability to set up transport on short notice is fabulous and because of this, CW is my new preferred transport company. Vans are new and in excellent condition as well. Really appreciate all you do for the community.

CW transport drivers go out of their way to ensure the people they are serving feel safe, heard, and cared for while they are working with them. Just had an experience today, where the driver actually purchased a meal for a client as she didn't have her purse with her. Exceptional! Warren(the owner) is easily reached and very active in the company. CW Transport is top notch in the Northland for medical transport. They took time out of a busy Friday to assist me! Warren and Kari were so caring and gentle with my patient I can't thank them enough for getting her where she needed to be for her final days definitely highly recommend
