Many people I work with count on We Care for transportation to and from medical and mental health appts. Most prefer not to have to use this type of transportation, but few have had a negative experience and overall drivers have been considerate and accommodating. As clients get to know the drivers, I notice drivers anticipating their needs, helping them get in and out of buildings, etc. This becomes another positive social interaction that so many need.
