Great transportation services provided for my grandmother for the past 9 months to and from her dialysis appointments. Great service - a million times better than the previous transportation service I used for my child. The owners are incredibly compassionate and kind people, and the drivers are professional and caring. I was able to request that Comfort Care be the only transportation service that is used to transport my child. Not reliable as far as the location here in my metroplex but the company as a whole is fine by me just needs adjustments with certain employees. The last two women I spoke to were awesome and thank you.
