My son has weekly pickups. This service is very reliable for weekly pickups. Sometimes they have delays due to traffic, other pickups etc., but they are consistently reliable. They call the night before and before the pickup the next day to confirm. Update from my earlier review from a month ago. Today my son had a morning pick up but the driver was late due to their system being down, where the drivers don't know who they are picking up. This is unacceptable. They need a back up plan.
