I debated putting a 4 star review bc of the 1 time I missed an appointment due to my ride not showing up. However, now that MTM is back & Veyo is no longer the non-emergency medical transportation, I have been pleasantly surprised by their performance. Especially today, when my Doctors appointment ran over, and 1st my driver waited 30 extra minutes for me before having to leave, and secondly when MTM attempted to find me a ride back on short notice (mind you my rides from Riverwest Side of...
