I absolutely appreciate the med cabs...when they are safe drivers....with some I feel like I am holding onto the arm rest on the door praying that I live through this and we make it safely... 9-10 times...they show up on time..if not early. Which is very important for me....It's usually a smooth car ride...from point A to point B depending on what shape their vehicle is in lol.... I understand that things happen to cause a delay. It would be nice to get notifications that there is a delay or at the very least someone to actually answer the phone at their offices when you try to call and find out how long the delay will be
