I had my first experience with this company earlier this year and they got me to UW Whitewater and back in one piece throughout the whole previous semester. The staff at the dispatch are very nice and generous and the drivers I've had have been generous to me so far. The one thing I don't really like is that you can't get a hold of anyone in Massas or schedule a ride on the weekends, which is what I find inconvenient, especially for if I would really need to get a hold of them about anything.
