I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Katie is absolutely superb regarding customer service. She's accommodated our needs beautifully and given us grace when needed. Thank you Katie! Also, every driver has been a joy to work with....I never questioned by daughter's safety while in the hands of Larry Ed Patty or Jeff.

Recently, I've had to make several adjustments for reoccurring scheduled pick ups for Denise and I've dealt with Katie each time. Just wanted to let you all know she is a pleasure to deal with from the Fort Atkinson office. We've been using LaVigne's transportation services for almost 10 years and they've been accommodating to our changes. I normally don't write reviews but when credit is due it's just due.
