I booked with this company to help a friend who is in a wheelchair at a care facility. She wanted to go to the fair. American Transit answered all my questions and concerns. I was allowed to accompany my friend on the van. The pickup was very timely considering road construction, and they also arrived on time to pick us up at the fair gate. They truly go above and beyond to help their clients. I have been working with this company for roughly 4 to 6 months and every experience has been an absolute pleasure. Ty, is the best driver they have on staff by far. All of the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. If you need to end up using this service I would highly recommend suggesting Ty as a driver!!
