Amazingly professional and courteous driver. Arrived early, happy to help in any way that he could to assist getting my husband in wheelchair to the van, etc. Even more important was the fact that his driving was exceptionally safe. I have had many white knuckle rides with other company's, and was as relaxed as if a caring relative were driving. Our drivers name was Kent, and both my husband and I could not have been happier with the experience.

I've used Handi lift alot the past two years. Great! Then today happened. My morning driver Trent was awesome as usual. After they cancelled my pick up I had to wait. No big deal. Then Jerry got there. Mad,angry swearing. The van smelled like 2 packs of stale cigarettes. Hedrove reckless. Ran a red light. Didn't use his signal and sped weaving in and out of traffic.
