Our driver was so kind and helpful to my 86 year old mother who urgently needed to see her doctor today. Tried the service for the first time to get my mother to an appointment and was happy with the experience. They showed up at the time requested and were good at effectively securing mom's wheelchair. Since I wasn't sure when we'd be finished with our appointment I set the pickup time out to 4 hours after our arrival to the practitioner. There was an understanding that if we finished early I could call and they would come right out. This is exactly what happened and they came about 15 minutes ...
