The Care Route driver, Shamiima, was there and ready before I was released. The exit area was not exactly where I said, but she got to the right spot and made it as easy as possible with no wait at all. The ride home was direct and safe.

I have used Care Route twice now for transportation for my Dad to doctor's appointments. He had major back surgery in July and is still recovering, meaning he has limited mobility. Care Route has assisted us in getting him there safely and comfortably while "not breaking the bank"! I would recommend this company to any and everyone who has medical transportation needs.
