I booked this service from Burtlngton Airport BTV to Jay Peak round trip. The driver met my group at the airport easily. He was great about communiucation with pending snow and picking up a few days later from Jay Peak. I would recommend Vermont Shuttle over the resort shuttle for more honest service.

The driver was waiting for us at the Baggage claim and was incredibly friendly! He patiently waited for us as our flight was delayed and we had not arrived until 11 30pm. He then drove us safely to our destination. I highly recommend Vermont Shuttle and will definitely use them again.
