I've used this program for rides on four occasions. All of them were great experiences. Chesterfield County has contracted with two providers: UZURV and Round Trip. I've used UZURV. The drivers arrived on time and were very professional. Each one-way trip cost $6.00 and there is no tipping. When scheduling the rides, I reached the call center quickly on two occasions and was on hold for about 10 minutes on the third (but it was also a Friday afternoon). .
