I would like to highly commend our Guardian driver (Mike) for transporting my wife (Gina Martin) and I from New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital to her specialty surgical appointment in Austin and return yesterday, July 3, 2025. Despite the inclement weather (heavy rain and lightning) and heavy holiday traffic we felt very safe as he skillfully took everything in stride. He demonstrated exemplary competence and confidence in all aspects of the situation and he could not have been more kind and empathetic to us.
