Been using them for years! They know my name and home address when I call to schedule. Dispatch knows my daughters transportation needs. Rae is amazing, so is Cassie and Mckayla, Craig definitely needs a raise. Ride with Tac Med! They get us where we need to go!

Had to make a last minute pick-up request and Tac-Med was able to accommodate it. Pick-up was prompt with no issues. I called to have the pt picked up from a cardiologist appt and the van arrived 30 mins after call was made (no issues). Young woman was courteous. I will definitely use this service again!!
