My mother had an appointment at HCA Clear Lake July 22, 2023. The facility my mom was picked up from did not provide the correct details to the driver, Craig. Craig, unfortunately had a hard time finding the correct suite number but was very patient with my mother. He went through several floors until he was able to find someone to direct him to the correct floor/office/Dr. My sister and I are very grateful that he took the time to make my mother feel comfortable. What a blessing Helping Hands Presents Inc and Mr. George was to our family. Our mother recently fell and broke her femur. After being discharged she had medical appts to attend. Out first transport service was not a positive experience. On her second medical appt, we used Mr. George and his company. Wow! Talk about night and day. He was on time, extremely courteous and genuinely concerned for the comfort of our mom. When he returned to the medical facility to pick her up and transport home, I had to let Mr. George know the Dr. had requested some lab work for our mom and would be a few minutes longer. He did NOT even flinch. He graciously said he would park and wait for her to be done. Where can you find this type of service? How do you rate such a company and their people? This has been a very trying time for our family and the small kindness and courtesy Mr. George afford us went a long way. It was as if he was transporting HIS own family. None of us ever think we will ever require this type of service, but if you do, please consider using Helping Hands Presents Inc. They are TOP NOTCH!
