I needed transportation from hospital to nursing home immediately for my ederly father who needed medical transportation. Fast Care was able to accommodate my need, skipped heavy traffic and was able to arrive safely to nursing home. Great service. Totally recommended.

This was a last minute request to get my elderly aunt in wheelchair to medical appointment for an important test scan. I am out of state and was worried she was not being accompanied to the appointment and alone. The driver went the extra mile and escorted her to the department , made sure she checked in. Dispatch confirmed she was there, also contacted me test completed earlier than I estimated for her return. They picked her up early and got her back to the assisted living facility. I was kept informed, assured she would get her test and return timely. Definitely will ask for this company again!!
