Excellent wheelchair transport service! Our experience with Bimedserve was fantastic from start to finish. They promptly responded to our inquiry and provided all the necessary information. Upon arrival at the airport, their driver was waiting for us at the designated spot with a comfortable wheelchair-accessible vehicle. The driver was courteous, helpful, and respectful throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. We highly recommend Bimedserve for wheelchair transport services!

My father used his insurance for transportation to get to his dialysis and they ended up sending us a driver from: B.I. Medserve. I was curious to see how they were going to bring my father downstairs (no elevator) on a wheelchair. Unfortunately, I requested a door-to-door service but did not know about them having the "gurney wheelchair". Luckily, I was there to bring my father down. Overall, the service is great, and they took care of my father. For those of you who have stairs and no elevator, this wheelchair machine called "gurney" will do the job easy and safely....highly recommended when getting transportation with this company. My mother was recently diagnosed with lung cancer and needed a wheelchair to get to and from her chemo appointments. I was panicking trying to figure out who to contact for help. I did a quick Google search and came across B.I. Medserve Wheelchair Transport. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. Brian was very nice and helped answer all my questions before I scheduled. Sam was able to get my mom from the 3rd floor (where we do not have elevators) all the way down without any issues. He brought my mom to her appointment and back home on time. He was very professional and we knew we could trust him and B.I. Medserve for future transportation needs.
