The actual ride was very nice and convenient, and the driver was lovely. There was a bit of miscommunication with the time--they told me they couldn't send anybody any earlier than 1, but then the morning of, they told the nurse I was scheduled for a 10:30 pickup, without anyone having ever informed me of the change. Still, on the whole a good experience.
