They are so kind, respectful, helpful and professional. They never make me feel like I'm holding them up and offer to help in any way. My electric wheelchair had drained the battery due to a loose wire and I was heading to a doctor appointment and they wheeled me right into the office and helped me set it up to recharge in the office. So accommodating and has a lot of patience.
