My family recently required a rather lengthy medical transport (from TN to PA, approx 700 miles.) We don't usually write reviews unless we have an exceptional experience. Our team was top notch: Loic, Jose, and Curtis all worked together to make our ride as comfortable as possible. Their attentiveness to both the patient and the family members who rode along was outstanding. While ensuring the patient's wellbeing was their priority, they went above and beyond by taking all their passengers into consideration as well. The vehicle itself was also exceptional. It was clean, spacious, well equipped. Our drivers ensured a safe and smooth ride. Professionalism with a friendly and warm demeanor helped make what could have been a tense ride into a pleasant experience down to the last detail. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks again!

I had the opportunity to use CienOne recently to transport my disabled father from Ohio to Florida. This company is great to work with and especially attuned to taking care of veterans. They were prompt and accommodating to our last-minute changes. The transport itself was very comfortable, and they took special care to tend to my mother, as she accompanied in the trip. The cost is about what you'd expect, but the value of working with a professional crew who are kind and courteous is worth it. I highly recommend.
