1st experience with PrimeCare Transport was a great one. Timothy was so kind and helpful. He took my 91 year old mom from her assisted living facility to Summit for a doctor appointment. He arrived early for pickup, and was closeby when we called for return transport. I know a speedy return pickup can't always happen, but it sure was nice!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company especially the driver we had whose name is Wayne. He was very kind and considerate when it came to moving my wife onto the stretcher from the bed. The ride was smooth compared to the ride in the ambulance.

This was the first time I used a transport service. Was a little concerned because I had broken my right shoulder and use a Mobility scooter. Have 3 steps at my door & depending on my right arm to keep me from falling. My driver Timothy was wonderful. He knew exactly how to help me down the steps & worked out a way I could go through my garage. He always had the right thing to say & do to keep me calm. He definitely an asset to your company and anyone that the opportunity
