Kim is AWESOME! The fact that she has a special needs child and understands wheelchairs and has so much experience driving I felt very comfortable and safe especially after having been in a car wreck where the guy fell asleep and hit me head on. We used Transportation On Demand today for my husband. I want to thank our driver, Kim, she was very kind, patient and efficient. We were on time for our appointment and my husband said that she was a very good driver. This was our second wheelchair transport with On Demand and we will definitely use them again.
