I can't say enough good about the team at Bowers. We have used them numerous times both for EMS & transportation for my gf who is disabled. When Medicaid transportation has let us down several times, Bowers has always been there to save the day. Their entire team is caring, compassionate, prompt & professional. That means so much when there is an emergency!!

I was so lost and confused calling Logisticare and other transportation services today to arrange transport of a loved one. No one could give me a straight answer about Medicare and Medicaid. I was starting think there was no hope for my loved one to get transportation to their appointment. Then I found Bowers and spoke with Brandi. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and straightened everything out quickly. She was also able to arrange quick transport of my loved one. Thank God for her!!

Bowers is the only service I will use to pick me up from the hospital. The EMT's are very courteous and helpful. Also you can tell they care ., that it's more than a job to them. I didn't have to wait to be picked up. Their ambulances are extremely clean. I highly reccomend Bowers to everyone if you wanr a courteous, friendly and a ast pick up time. THEY ARE THE BEST
