Can't say enough positive things about my experience. My driver was on time, courteous, and stayed at the facility while I had my procedure. She was perfect and had me home safely. Super service for those of us without immediate family in the area! I might even sign up as a driver!

Our first experience with Senior Express Transportation was a very positive experience. Larry, our driver, was courteous and professional. He arrived a little early, which was fine by us; this allowed us to move into an earlier slot at the hospital. He was promptly waiting for us for our return trip home. Will definitely use Senior Express again.

This was my first time using Senior express and I was impressed! Jacob J. arrived on time and safely drove me to my appointment (without getting lost). He assured I was in the building safely and waited in the parking lot (per my request). After my appointment he got me home safely and again assured that I got to my door safely. He was polite, professional and friendly. The scheduling process was easy (online or on the phone). When the need arises, I will DEFINITELY use Senior Express again!
