If I could rate this place a thousand stars, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. Melissa, first of all, is so kind and understanding when working something out for my mother. James is so kind and helpful with transporting my mom and going above and beyond for her. These two people are nothing short of amazing. I wish everyone in every state had access to BJM Transportation. If you need someone to take you or your loved one somewhere this is the company to book with. They're literally angels!

Outstanding service! Very professional, and punctual. Excellent customer service by the office staff; transporter very knowledgeable of proper use of wheelchair-equipped van; everyone exemplified a genuine sense of compassion and willingness to please....
