I contacted Custom Care upon the recommendation of Roper Rehab for transport for my 94 yr old mother to a Dr appointment following a broken femur. Simeon, the owner, was responsive, flexible and proved to be extremely competent at providing access with the stair lift to the home. He was respectful, conversational and eased my mother's worry regarding the transport.
