Today I had the great pleasure of meeting Robert. He's definitely left a lasting impression on my life. I've never experienced a paramedic so pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. SUPER observant. He's the only person, from the nurses and techs that I saw 11/1, who recognized something about me very important. I hope to run into him again. Thanks for caring Robert

This might be a tad bit emotional... I'm trying to pay my bill and no one will answer the phone. I've left messages with three different departments since the billing department can't accept calls. To satisfy my curiosity i called them for service and they picked up on the first ring. To be fair concerning the night i needed them for transportation they were VERY professional and efficient. Obviously, they care where it matters most. That back-end of their business needs to tighten up.
