We booked a ride with direct medical transport on Aug 11th and Miles was our driver. We had a wonderful experience, and Miles was very patient and kind. Reliable! And they are courteous. Way way way better than any other company out there. MTM is the worst Thank you for sending your drivers in to the nursing home facilities and actually picking patients up inside a facility, instead of expecting staff to leave them by the curb. You are amazing.

My wife needed a transport to an Drs appointment and Andrew contacted us. I asked him to pass this on to the driver and his assistant today. To say they were Great, is an understatement. They were respectful, friendly, polite, caring and compassionate.
