I would give 100 stars if I could due to the ease of booking and the kindness and flexibility of the driver; this service was truly a blessing. My dad was scheduled to be transported to a medical appointment but from there, he was rush-admitted to the hospital. Not only did the driver wait longer than anticipated at this lengthy appointment, he transported him directly to the hospital with kindness and compassion. Thank you!!

It would be near impossible to get my mom to non emergency doctor appointments without this service. If we apply for a county card I have heard that you may need to account for a window of an hour for pick up times. I have used Serene Transport Services twice and they arrive on time to our home and are there when our appointment is over. If you are looking for an "Uber" type service for you and your wheel chair bound family member / friend I would highly recommend them.
