Do yourself a favor, and call Erik!! He is awesome!! We needed to book transportation for my in-laws (3 total people) to attend our vow renewal in June. There was a bit of confusion with the website, as I originally booked a "Wheelchair trip" as my m.i.l. is in a mobility scooter. Erik was great in helping me figure out that the "Wheelchair trip" was actually intended to be booked for medical appointments. He quickly refunded the trip, and I rebooked a "Day trip" through the website. Again, there was some confusion, as the website charged a different price than what was discussed on the phone. By the end of the day, Erik had gotten in touch to let me know that there had been an error with the website, and he would refund the difference. I wouldn't have known or cared if he hadn't brought it to my attention, but he is the epitome of an honest, respectful, AND respectable business owner. On the day of our vow renewal, Erik was timely and helpful, in getting my in-laws to the ceremony. He was super friendly, and made conversation with our guests while we waited for my bride to make her appearance. It was an outdoor ceremony, and near the conclusion, it started to rain. Just a bit. But Erik was quick to pull out an umbrella to help keep the refreshments dry. He even offered to give a hand if we needed to move things inside. After the ceremony, we talked travel, life, and love. Erik was as flexible as we needed him to be in returning my in-laws back to their home. Once everyone was ready, he helped them back into the van (which is really an 8 passenger mini-bus, with a wheelchair lift), and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything else before he left. Overall, the service offered was a good value, but Erik made it great by being a good human. While we had planned to tip Erik for going above and beyond, (and wish that we could have given him more) some of my guests were so impressed with the level of service that he provided, that they actually threw in extra cash to make sure that our appreciation was properly shown. We will undoubtedly be calling him again, when we have needs in the future. Thank you Erik!!

We needed to transport my mom (in her wheelchair) to an appointment at Mercy Hosp, from the N Hills. I reserved the trip online and Erik was very easy to reach for confirmation and with questions. He showed up right as scheduled, loaded the wheelchair and got us there nice and early (I was able to ride along, as his van holds 8 passengers). When we were almost done with the appointment, I let Erik know, and we met at the front door at the same time. A very smooth process, and Erik is a great guy too. Thank you, Erik!
