We could not have wished for, nor received, any better treatment or service from Elise, Maria, and Amanda in planning and executing the transport for our father from Montana to Denver last week. Your staff is absolute perfection in every possible way, from coordination and communication, to compassion and care for the patient and for us as a family. None of these medical situations are easy, and ours was somewhat complex as well, but your team put us at ease and completely earned our trust and admiration. Every family member who met Amanda, our flight nurse, was so impressed and put at ease by her wonderful humor and clear competency and broad experience -- we wish we could have her as our dad's nurse forever! Elise was informative, warm, encouraging, clear, available, flexible and kind from beginning to end. I never saw her face (obviously) but I felt like I was getting help and advice from a trusted, highly professional neighbor. She was just so down to earth and unfazed by any of my worries or frequent emails ;). I am very grateful to her for steering the whole thing. Audrey is indeed a Flying Angel! I learned a little about the many trips she's done in difficult situations and I can see where her steady, calm, attentive and efficient but caring demeanor was formed. It made the journey dramatically less stressful than anticipated. I had traveled cross country with my terminally ill mom on my own in 2023 and managed -- but my dad's heart issues and oxygen dependency made me nervous, not to mention his sometimes abrasive, erratic behavior. Having Audrey there as a medical expert and mood lightener and confidant all in one was a great gift.
