Amanda is wonderful! I called to get our child car seat installation check. Amanda quickly scheduled an appointment with us. She went through a lot of things regarding the seat that we had no idea about. She also checked our base installation and helped us tighter it. We followed the manual instruction but apparently we're supposed to push the base down then pull the strap. She demonstrated the proper way and yes, now the base is not wiggling at all. Really appreciate her professionalism!

These folks are amazing! Nate & Sarah delivered our baby. Could not have been nicer and more professional. Respect earned
