On October 21 or 22nd not sure of the actual date but I’m pretty sure it was the 21st around 10 or 11 PM. I called 911 to get help because I was in extreme pain from the neuropathy in my legs and to try and fix the problem I took a gummy. Wrong thing to do anyway it took the emergency care forever to get to my destination. I live in an apartment building and the building contains a key slot where the keys are to be located to gain access to the building. Surprise surprise no key was in the box. An individual from the apartment building had to go downstairs and let them in. Once they gained access to my room, they kept asking me if I could come to the door, which I kept saying no I cannot come to the door. This must’ve gone on for at least 15 or 20 minutes. I also suffer from congestive heart failure thank God I wasn’t having congestive heart failure because I wouldn’t be here talking about it today. I’d be dead. They kept knocking on the door and asking me to come to the door which I replied time and time again I couldn’t come to the door Then they told me they couldn’t get in the apartment until the fire department got here that was another maybe 1520 minutes. I could be wrong about the time length, but it was a long time very very long time.!!! when they finally gained access to me, the people were rude, crude, and ignorant.!! I pay $40 a year to join emergency care. I don’t need to pay for bad service. I can get it free anywhere.!! My question is who does not return the key to the box and what are they doing? Collect them on a keychain or something do they have a pocket full of keys somewhere that belong to this building??? I want answers why the keys are not being replaced and why your people are so ignorant!! I was also told that my neighbor was concerned What’s concerned about the amount of time they were taking to get to me. They told her to be quiet go in her room is this the way you talk to people that are concerned about their friends or family? I understand these people are busy, but the fact that they do not replace the key is not acceptable!!! And there is no need to speak to people the way that they do!! I am looking forward to your answers to these questions!! Lives are on the line!! Upset in Erie!! Feel free to call me!!

I was in an recently in an accident on Thursday, November 16, 2017. I sustained injuries due to it. These professionals not only took excellent care of my injuries but aided in calming me down. My hats off to E. Rossi and his partner for your help. I can't thank you enough
