I needed to schedule an ambulance transfer for my dad’s follow up appointment post hip surgery. Tri State EMS transport was very easy to arrange. Trevor handled the scheduling and was very thorough with the details and explanation of services and billing. He was extremely helpful. The EMTs who handled the transport were professional and very good at their job. My dad was comfortable and they transported him with care. They brought him to Xray and then to the doc office and waited to transport him back to The Hill. I would highly recommend Tri State EMS services. Very professional, and good at what they do.

Been meaning to write my review for this company for some time now, but back some months ago this company transported my father to the rehab. The hospital messed up and had them take him to the wrong rehab and the company had no problem rerouting to take him to the correct facility. They were very professional about it and further more comforting. They ensured us it was no issue to take him to the right address which was about 5-6miles the opposite way. I’m nothing but grateful and thankful for Rick and Calvin. If I have or had to this company would be first on the list to get a call from me and my family. Thank you guys for all you do for the community I’m nothing but grateful.

Listen—this company is truly amazing. It was my grandmother’s first time using Tri State Ambulance, and the staff exceeded all expectations. Rick and his partner Calvin took exceptional care of her, and their kindness left a lasting impression. She specifically mentioned how Calvin’s caring nature and sense of humor during the transport made her feel comfortable and at ease. It helped calm her nerves and reassured her that Tri State Ambulance was the right choice. The empathy they showed, especially while she was feeling uneasy about the ambulance ride, was remarkable. From now on, I’ll make sure she uses Tri State for any future transport needs. I truly hope all their staff are as compassionate and thoughtful as Rick and Calvin were.
