So far we've h a d the opportunity to take VK first class transport two times and both times connected us with professional and personable drivers. They arrived on time. & we never waited more than 15 minutes after calling for our return ride home. Definitely recommend. They have clean,safe & comfortable vehicles . Easy for 2nd person who riding as companion to enter and exit vehicles.We are Thankful for thier service.

I highly recommend VK First Class Secure Transport service. When my wheelchair accessible van broke down I was desperately calling services in lane county No other company with wheelchair accessibility would help me after 5 pm (after hours). It was 5:30 by the time I was referred to and got in touch with VK Secure Transport. The owner, Vi Jay called a driver who had just finished his work day but he graciously agreed to meet my daughter and her caregiver at ARC where they were waiting for me to pick them up.
