Well, I really hate to leave a bad review...so I won't! I have had NOTHING but GREAT SERVICE from these folks. They answer the phone! In this day and age, that's getting rarer. They were always on time, always courteous and professional, always drove safely, and they are the best. And every time they take me, I learn new routes; they're very smart about the ways to go to avoid all the crazy construction in Bend. They are Godsend to me. I can't thank them enough for being there.
