The hospital I work for received a patient transported from another hospital with Securefirst transport. Unfortunately, the patient left their glasses in the van and didn't notice until later. I reached out to the company as soon as we realized, but they had driven too far to turn around, on their way to another pick up. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner himself apologized for the inconvenience and offered to ship the glasses overnight to our unit so the patient wouldn't have to go without them for long. He was so kind and empathetic to the situation. Those are good people. I would recommend using them based on their good character.
