Active Transportation

I began looking for a transportation company several months ago to transport my 87 years old, wheelchair bound mother to our annual family reunion that she has attended for 51 years now. My brothers and I knew we would be unable to transport mom without help. After much searching and reviewing I contacted Active Transportation. We discussed what I was looking for and needed for my mom. Pickup and return times along with a full disclosure of costs was part of our discussion. As our conversation and later emails progressed I felt very confident that Active Transportation was a company I could trust and depend on to assist mom. I was not wrong! The driver was GREAT!. He was friendly, professional, prompt and proficient. My brother rode along and had nothing but good things to say about the experience. He reassured me that the driver was attentive to Mom's safety. As the driver was about to take mom back to the nursing facility where she resides I thanked him and told him I would be contacting Active Transportation to personally give him a 5star+ rating. I won't hesitate to recommend Active Transportation to others. Side note: Mom felt safe and comfortable enough to sleep almost the entire trip back!

Active Transportation has done a great job caring for my elderly parents. They both have treated them as family and they always take the extra care in safely transporting them to doctor appts and family events. I highly recommend them for all of yr wheelchair transport needs. Fair priced and five stars to them.
