K&p is an outstanding transportation service! I've had over 40 trips, and can say every driver has been courteous, helpful, respectful and very pleasant. They always give me a call ahead the day before pickup. I'd like to give them a big push of excellence for, let me explain: I used my insurance schedule app for time and location for trips through k&p and I made a typo and scheduled to be picked up an hour earlier than I needed as I seen the dr. An hour later than i thought. I gave my driver a call to let home know, he told me to call dispatch and explain myself as I did. I talked to a bill at dispatch only given him an hour to arrange a driver to pick me up an hour after my scheduled pickup time. It worked out and bill made it happen.
