I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I am a DON at an assisted living facility in Geauga County and was desperately looking for an ambulance to take my 87-year VETERAN patient to either UH Portage or Wade Park. Local EMS (fire dept) tried to help but they were short staffed and unable to help. I called 6 different and local private ambulance companies with all of turning down this man who fought for our country and freedom. When I called Ohio Ambulance Solutions, the dispatcher was so kind and nice and went above and beyond to help and agreed to help my patient and was so sorry that it would take 2 hours though, which 2 hours, I was so grateful to find a willing company to help, I cried and she was so comforting. When the 2 young men got here (on time) they were so nice and professional and treated my patient with the upmost respect and care. This was the first time using Ohio Ambulance and would highly recommend them!!!! Jeri Salmon LPN
