Grand 24hr Transportation

There is no other transportation provider after riding with Grand 24hr Transportation. (I apologize in advance for grammar and typing errors ) My experience with insurance transportation providers WAS like every other persons story I encountered. Either they never showed up, was very late, or driver/experience was horrific. For instance, the third time I needed transportation the driver decided he needed to urinate outside the van by my place of appointment while waiting for me. At least he waited for me lol. Fortunately for me I was placed with Grand 24hr Transportation for the remainder of my trips that month. I have appointments 3x a week reoccurring very early in the morning so I was pleasantly surprised to have received a courtesy confirmation the evening before my appointment (and every time after) ffrom the driver Jennifer. I didn't know this was a thing. Jennifer was prompt, courteous, drove the speed limit, and waited for me. Now I thought I was special but she plans her trips accordingly so her trips don't have to wait on her to return an hour plus later. It's not about how many trips she can take on but about the people who she is driving for. I later found out she owns the company and her drivers are family which means she cares about her passengers and our treatment. Did I mention I was the only person during my trip. Which means she also cares about confidentiality as well as being personable. I have nade Grand 24hr Transportation my only "nothing like provide-a-ride" trip provider through my insurance and have been riding with her for the last 4 plus months. So far my only complaint is I wish I had her from day 1 but we can't always get what we want, or can we. I have never met Jennifer or anyone she affiliates with before the day she was paired with me by Access2Care. She is awesome, will make stops if I need to go to convenience store, and has allowed my bf to ride with me even if I didn't ok it with insurance. I could go on and on but I will spare you all. You won't go wrong when being transported by Grand 24hr Transportation.

Wonderful experience! I rode with Jen she took my toddler and I to her 1 year check up. Jen was extremely kind and professional and made us very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company / service.

I highly recommend Grand 24 hr Transportation! They have transported my elderly mother in her wheelchair to several events and have always been reliable, on time, respectful and very kind. The van is clean and well kept and has the necessary equipment to keep the wheelchair locked safely in place. They are very personalized and go above and beyond to assist you.
