I rely on the Volunteer Transportation Center, I'm disabled and I'm not able to drive, with this being said any time I call there the staff are awesome, polite, respectful, professional, not long ago I went to deliver a couple of items there and met 1 staff person, and the director, I was very pleased with their professionalism, being cordial. For anyone looking for help in medical transportation I would highly recommend this center, PLEASE keep in mind the call center is there to help, be polite, don't cuss or curse at them in person or over the phone.
