Had an important test & and an appointment about 3hrs away with a specialist! TBH, I was dreading it! All of it! I've had issues in the past with transport when I've had out of town appointments. HTM showed up right on time and the driver was great. Friendly, professional, compassionate & patient! (He picked me up @ 11:15am and we didn't get back until 7:30ish) painfully long day, but he never complained. Not once! I'm not gonna put his name on here BC I didn't ask permission to do so, but I'll say this much; he should 100% teach a class on how to do that job, and he for sure deserves a raise! TY Truly
