APEX is an excellent company, for medical rides; they are always on time, with wonderful and courteous drivers, a very efficient dispatch center and vehicles that are new and most importantly, clean! They do require that you call the day before and to confirm your appointment. I have been using APEX for several years and recommend them to everyone, that I know! One small request would be to not have any air fresheners, in spray or solid form, inside of the vehicles and due to patients having breathing and / or lung conditions.
