Act Ambulette Services

After reading many reviews of other ambulette services, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and punctuality of ACT. They were very accommodating to our needs. Especially Vitaly who was our driver on most of our appointments. When we were three hours delayed leaving the hospital, Vitaly stayed past regular hours to make sure we returned home safely. I highly recommend this service.

I switched to ACT Ambulette from All Around Transportation this summer because the previous transportation company was frequently late [up to 120 minutes from agreed upon pickup time] and my weekly therapy appointments were cancelled because I was not on time, so I had no other choice but to opt out from the previous company to ACT Ambulette, because I have read their Google reviews and they had the most positive reviews from the list of transportation companies that had on my list of transportation companies to choose from. So far I had 8 round trips with ACT Ambulette and the drivers are always on time for my pickup, they frequently come 5-30 minutes early and they call my phone to let me know that they are waiting for me downstairs near my building. Not all their vans are new but all of them so far were in clean/maintained/running/presentable condition that I felt safe and comfortable riding in. The phone operators are respectful, courteous and accommodating to my transportation needs. The driver of the van #50 was very pleasant to ride with and has cleaned and disinfected the interior of the vehicle before he came to pick me up; which was pleasant and noticeable [I could smell the disinfectant when I was lifted inside the vehicle]. So far my experience being transported by ACT Ambulance company has been very pleasant and I surely can recommend this transportation company.
